ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Insurance Agent Assistant provides administrative, customer service, and sales support. This role helps ensure efficient daily operations, accurate policy processing, and excellent client service by assisting with applications, renewals, and client communications.
RESPONSIBILITIES• Schedule appointments and manage agents email• Maintain client files and update policy information in agency management systems• Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation• Ensure accuracy and compliance with agency guidelines
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company requirements
• Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date standards records
QUALIFICATIONS
• VA Property & Casualty and VA Life/Health License or willingness to obtain one • Prior experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative roles• Familiarity with agency management systems and CRM tools• Attention to detail and accuracy• Professional phone and written communication• Time management and problem-solving abilities
Compensation $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
