November is here, bringing cozy sweaters, family gatherings, and a season of gratitude! 🍂🧡 As we prepare for holiday travels, Thanksgiving celebrations, and spending time with loved ones, it's a great time to make sure the things that matter most are protected. Whether it's your auto, home, life, or business insurance, my team and I are here to help you head into the holiday season with confidence!

Welcome to the Patricia Johnson State Farm Agent office in Henrico, VA! I began my State Farm career in 2017, then became an Agent and opened my office in 2021. With over 20 years of residency in this fantastic town, I am deeply committed to helping my Good Neighbors with their insurance needs. My office is dedicated to providing exceptional service to Henrico customers as well as those in Chesterfield, Richmond, Chesapeake, Norfolk, and surrounding communities. No matter where you live, I am pleased to offer personalized attention and comprehensive coverage to help protect you and yours.

Born and raised in Richmond, Virginia, it’s an honor to serve my hometown and make a positive impact one day at a time. I am a Huguenot High School alumna and also attended Empire Beauty School. I originally took a different career path, but then found my purpose — working with families to safeguard their most important assets — and decided to go back to school. After 2.5 years of long nights, early mornings, internships, and studying, all while raising my daughter, I became a proud graduate of Bryant & Stratton College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. The skills and experiences I learned along the way have enabled me to better serve my customers with compassion and care.

I am excited to serve families throughout Virginia because family means everything to me — and I want to help you protect yours! Whether you're a parent, aunt, uncle, sibling, or grandparent, I am here to support you both when life goes right and when it goes wrong. Outside of the office, I am still with my high school sweetheart and cherish my role as a mom to my 9-year-old daughter, and we all enjoy spending time with our dog, Legend.

My team and I pride ourselves on building relationships with our customers and doing what’s right. Insurance is more than just "having" insurance; it's about making choices that truly benefit you and your family. Whether you're a first-time apartment renter, a college student, a new homebuyer, or a parent adding a new teen driver to your plan, my team and I make sure you feel confident in your coverage. We answer all calls by the second ring and offer multiple communication options, including texting. We are truly your Good Neighbors, committed to answering your questions, addressing your concerns, and meeting your needs.

No matter what those needs are, we would be delighted to sit down with you, explore the available Web Properties Content options, and help you decide which will work for your family. As a local business, we make it a point to deliver exceptional customer service. We are now located within minutes of Short Pump at the intersection of Ridgefield Parkway and Pump Road. You are now a call or a few clicks away from having a remarkable experience with your Good Neighbors who care. We look forward to getting to know you!

Sincerely,

Patricia Johnson - State Farm Agent
